In order to comply with all regulations and as part of the account verification (or KYC), Lykke requires all users to complete the identity verification process in order to access its services.
The following documents are accepted to complete the identity verification process:
Valid Government Issued Identity Document
Valid documents include (all options may not be available depending on your country):
- Passport
- Driver's license
- National identity card
Please make sure that that the photo of your identification document meets the below requirements:
- The document should include full name, date of birth and a picture of yourself.
- The document should be in Latin characters, other alphabets are currently not supported.
- The photo should cover the full document and clearly show the required information.
- The photo should be well lit and in focus.
Video
- Follow the instructions on the screen
- Check that you have enabled the camera and microphone on your device.
- Remove any accessories such as glasses when taking your picture
- Make sure that the video is well lit and everything is visible
